Riverside / Oltorf Area

This area is less than 5 miles south of the University of Texas. Most of the rental properties in this area are apartments and there are 4 UT shuttle routes that service these properties (CP, WL, NR, and LS). These properties offer 9 and 12 month leases beginning in August.

Most of the student-oriented properties in this area lease “by-the-bedroom”. That means that each student signs an individual lease on his/her bedroom and shares the common areas with roommates. Students who do not have roommates can be matched with others. Washer and dryer are typically provided in each unit. Prices below include parking.
