Campus Area Filling Up!

Apartments in the University of Texas campus area including West Campus and North Campus are filling up fast! Our office has seen higher than normal traffic for this time of year, and many properties have a very limited selection of units for June and August move-ins. Some properties have even leased all of their available two-bedroom units and there are almost no three bedroom apartments or condos available for August move-ins.

Our advice is to not wait until the last minute to find your new apartment this year. We have sometimes recommended that strategy when leasing was slower and prices were likely to fall as summer approached, but that is not the case this year.
